All rates include breakfast except where not expressly stated in the booking confirmation. (prices are per room per night)

The tourist tax of € 2.00 per person up to the fourth day of overnight stay not included for children up to 12 years is excluded.

• Small pets are allowed with a surcharge of € 10.00 per stay
• Children up to 4 years if they stay in the beds present do not pay beyond that age will be considered an amount of € 15.00 up to 12 years of age
• Non-smoking rooms
• Check-in: from 15:00 until 20:30 (beyond the time indicated in check-in a supplement will be charged to be paid on site)
• Check-out: by 10:30 am
• Possibility of free public parking on the street and payment.

CANCELLATION TERMS

These conditions define the different ways of cancelling the reservation:

• in case of cancellation or changes made up to 7 days before the date of arrival no fee will be charged, (with the exception of non-refundable rates where in case of changes or cancellations the full amount of the reservation will be charged);
• in case of cancellation or modification made more than 7 days 100% of the cost of the first night will be charged;
• for reservations over 3 nights stay in case of cancellations or changes more than 7 days from the date of arrival a penalty of 50% of the stay is required;
• for all reservations in case of no-show the full amount of the stay is charged.
